One of the most highly coveted stretches in wushu is the head to toe stretch. Getting that toe to the head (with your legs straight, of course) is one of those stretches that a lot of people just can’t seem to get down.
I was in the same position a few years back. It was incredibly frustrating and I just figured I would never get it.
Until I met someone who taught me a technique for getting the head to toe stretch. Less than 3 months later I was able to get my toe to my forehead and it was pretty much as awesome as I thought it would be.
A few years ago I put together a video for my friend to show him the technique (he used it for 2 months and reduced the distance from his forehead to his toe by over 6 inches, and if he had completed the whole 100 days he would have been able to get it all the way).
