About the School
Advance Martial Arts was established in 2012 and is owned and operated by Junchang Lu, an International Wushu Champion, 6th Degree Black Belt, and fight scene choreographer. Located in Rowland Heights, Advance Martial Arts is the premier Chinese martial arts (Wushu) training facility in Los Angeles! We specialize in Youth Kungfu/Wushu, including hand forms, sword, staff, double weapons, nunchaku, kickboxing, and self-defense, as well as Adult Taichi Quan. Our classes cater to all ages and levels, from beginners to seasoned international competitors, and we have proudly trained hundreds of gold medal students.

He started practicing martial arts at the age of 7. He is a former professional martial arts athlete of the Beijing team and studied under Mr. Wu Bin (Jet Li's master). National-level athlete, referee of national martial arts competitions. Dozens of championships in national and international martial arts competitions in boxing, swordsmanship, spear, stick, swordsmanship, sparring, traditional boxing, traditional equipment, Tai Chi, etc.
In 2012, he founded "Jing Wu Tang - Martial Arts Training Center" in Los Angeles, USA. It is currently the largest championship martial arts school in Los Angeles. As the dean and head coach, he has coached members of the national teams of the United States, Canada, Japan, Vietnam and other countries. He has trained many professional martial arts athletes and national martial arts champions. His students have represented the United States team in the World Wushu Championships. He has a unique teaching philosophy. , rich in teaching experience, deeply loved by students, and was named the best coach in the United States!
Since coming to the United States, he has participated in "Mulan", "Escape Artist 3", "The Wolverine", "The Hunger Games", "Tai Chi", "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.", "The Last Ship", "Iron Fist", and "Legend of the Gods" ” and many other Hollywood movies and TV series, and served as the film’s martial arts action choreographer and stand-in for the main actors.
He Xi Ning
International martial arts competition champion, Tai Chi champion, national athlete, national martial arts competition referee, member of the Chinese Wushu Association.
He started practicing martial arts at the age of 6 and has been engaged in professional martial arts for more than 20 years, winning more than ten championships! Proficient in Chinese martial arts, Tai Chi, Changquan, Nanquan, knives, spears, swords, sticks, sparring, traditional boxing, dual weapons, women's self-defense, etc.
He has visited Japan, Poland, Germany and other countries for martial arts instruction exchanges. He has been invited to serve as the head coach of the Polish national martial arts team and has rich teaching experience. He has nearly 10 years of experience as a professional martial arts referee and has been invited to serve as the chief referee at many international martial arts competitions in the United States.
He is currently the head coach of the Jing Wu Tang Martial Arts Training Center in Los Angeles. He has a unique teaching and guidance method. In recent years, he has trained nearly 100 champions in the academy alone. He is favored by students and parents. He is the leading gold medal martial arts coach in Los Angeles.
