Private, small group, YMCA and public college classes are available. Sifu Fong teaches various Chinese forms for both health and competition-oriented students. He also organizes an annual two-week tour and seminar in Beijing each summer. During this seminar students can study with world-class Beijing masters.
Most students are oriented toward solo demonstration competition in the hand or weapon handling forms, but if sparring is your style, Sifu Fong can lead you in the ancient style of Chinese ‘Push-Hands’ – which is now gaining popularity – or other fields. Many students practice Chen Tai-Chi hand form (a more active form than Yang), and various sword forms.
